The problem may be sign-in, the browser companion or a Word document. Start with the case closest to what you can see, and if the short steps do not solve it, send us a clear description.

You do not need to diagnose the problem before asking for help.

Support

If something goes wrong, start with what you were doing at the time.

You will find short steps for Studio and the companions. If they do not solve it, send us what happened and what you expected instead.

Start in Studio

If you have Bayan Write access, sign in, open Writing Studio and create a document. Fast proofing is local first; deeper review runs only when you request it.

Browser Companion

Use Write with Bayan to get the current build and installation instructions. If a web editor changes underneath you, do not apply an edit unless Bayan validates the current state.

Microsoft Word

Bayan uses the official Office.js add-in model. Follow the Word installation instructions on the download page and test a small selection before reviewing a large document.

Privacy and cloud

Ordinary typing does not need to send writing to a cloud review service. Open Privacy & safety to see what stays local and what may use a governed cloud request.

Report a problem

Send a short description, the surface you were using and what you expected to happen to support@write.notesforinnovation.com. Do not include passwords, provider API keys or sensitive prose that is not needed to diagnose the issue.
