What we need to agree on before you use Bayan.

These terms describe the boundaries of Bayan during public beta. They do not transfer responsibility for the text or the final decision to the product, and suggestions never gain automatic authority over your writing.

Account and use

Use your account lawfully and securely, and do not share credentials with another person. Access may be restricted for abuse or attempts to bypass safety controls.

The writer decides

Corrections, analysis and suggestions are assistive. You remain responsible for reviewing wording, facts and professional commitments before accepting or sending text.

What stays local and what uses the cloud

Immediate capabilities stay local where practical. Some explicit reviews may use approved external model providers through Bayan’s server, subject to the privacy policy and cost governance.

Plans and billing

Pricing and checkout show the current plan, price, billing interval and payment provider before purchase. Funded Gaza access is separate from commercial entitlement and does not require a fake subscription.

Beta service

Capabilities or limits may change during beta, and an optional capability may degrade without being presented as a false success. A Bayan suggestion is not a guarantee of factual, legal, medical or financial correctness.
